You want Dexron VI for the tranny and transfer case. You want the 75w90 gear lube for the differentials. Synthetic is a great choice for either.

I've been doing a lot of research looking for a synthetic gear oil that dosnt contain ls additives. The oe fluid is great but at nearly $30 a quart it is ridiculous.Ill be running delo syn-gear xdm sae 75w90 when I change mine.Nice part is $5.99 a quart.
This is an easy resolution. Go to a heavy truck parts dealer or truck dealership parts counter and get something like Mobil Delvac 1 75w90. Full synthetic and not a trace of LS stuff in it. Delo and Rotella have their commercial truck versions also. It is made to go 500,000 miles in commercial heavy truck differentials that have to move 80,000 lb of truck and load, winter or summer. Even the commercial truck diff OEM's will automatically extend the warranty by 50% just by using such a product in the diffs. From 500,000 mile warranty to 750,000 mile warranty. Can you think of anything that would be better than this for a pickup diff? And it can be had in the same 1 qt squeeze bottles just like the stuff at an auto parts store. And at roughly the same price. I even use it in my Cadillac non limited slip rear diff.

Yep... GM re-uses RPO codes quite often.
