Sounds like it's time to contact your credit card and have them cancel the payment. That should get a response from them.

In the past they were supposed to be great, i ordered my HIDs from them and didnt have any problems.
Lately it sounds like they have gone down hill

 

I'd give them a push down the hill and cancel the payment.

 

I sent 2 e-mails with a question and never got a reply. I also called and no answer.....

 

I ordered from Kryptonbulbs about 2 week ago after seeing good reviews all over the web. After no items showed up in the mail, I started to wonder and found all the bad reviews. I'm in the same boat you are. Did you get your H.I.D.'s yet, or are you still waiting? When I check on my order there is no record of an order, but they charged my card the first day I placed it and send me a reciept to my email. No answer back through multiple emails, and no answer on there phone lines. I did a little research and see that this guys company is not to far from where I am. Does anybody know if he has a store. May have to take a trip there one day.

 

Npoe, not a thing,I did call my credit card company and informed them, they said they would look into it.. But thats where I'm at..

 

I didn't have a order issue but I did have a quality issue. First, they were wired backwards in the plugs, so I had to swap that around. And now, after 4 months of ownership, one is already burnt out.

Ok so February 3rd, I order lows and fogs for my truck from KryptonBulbs.com. After a week of not hearing nothing from this guy, I started to email him everyday with atleast 3-4 phone calls. No response. This went on for another week until I opened up a dispute on PAYPAL. Yea I have learned my lesson on paypal. Don't use them the are a bunch of scammers also. So with a dispute on paypal they put you in direct contact with the seller to try and resolve the problem. This has been what I was trying for the past 3 weeks. I left the dispute open for another 2 weeks, still emailing and calling this guy everyday through his website email, phone number, and through the paypal direct dispute chat. This guy just vanished. So I escalated the dispute so that paypal would investigate it themselves and make a decision. 2 Days later this @$$!!!!contacted paypal with a tracking number via USPS and needless to say my order is on its way. I have to say that this whole time I was just trying to get a refund because while I was waiting for any sign of life from this guy over at KryptonBulbs.com, I ordered my HID's from HIDGuys.net. The day I ordered them they were shipped and the day I recieved my shipment they were installed and alls I can say is "An amazing product and I would recommend to anybody." I bought the 8000K bulbs which are a nice white with a slight tint of blue not like other 8000K's which are more purple then anything. But now I guess I am stuck with a cheap pair of HID's now once I recieve my kryptonbulb order.

Moral of the story if you are looking for good HID's DO NOT USE KRYPTONBULBS.COM, HE IS A SCAMMER. HIDguys.net is definitly the way to go. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Ditto. I have these, they work great, but I have heard from many members that the service has gone downhill. Most people eventually get what they ordered, but the communication from them is poor.

 

Point taken, guys. Whenever I get around to putting HIDs in, I'll definitely be going with HIDguys.net.

I'd probably be in the same boat as 21smoke, finding great reviews, ordering them, and then finding the bad reviews stashed away someplace, leaving me going "WTH?!" Thanks for the info so I can avoid these guys from the get go.
