• the sound is so Identical to a rattlesnake that I did believe there may be on in my engine compartment when I first heard it

other wise we just guess. Like im going to get its piston slap when cold, complltey normal, but, just a guess.

at face value, you've got an exhaust leak

 

Tensioner or idler pulley is my first thought! How does the serpentine belt look? And has it been replaced yet?

 

I will take a look at it and follow back!

You can take off the serpentine belt and run the engine, to see if anything run by the belt is causing the noise.
You can also use a mechanics stethoscope to narrow down where the sound is co

 

based on when you say it does it and how you describe the sound, my vote is exhaust leak
