I started looking into a remote start for my truck, and need some guidance, e.g., must I know the RPO to determine which remote start will work? What else must I know to choose the correct product to install?
My truck has a key to start it (it's a pretty basic model) if that matters. The fob does not have a button for remote start -- only has lock, unlock, and open tailgate buttons.
