We had a couple other members report the same thing within the past few days.

 

Went out this morning and tried it and all is working again. Found several hits on this problem via google in another forum. Seems as others have had the same problem. One solution offered up that was said to work was to unhook the negative cable from the battery and give it a couple of minutes and then hook it back up again. Source said that fixed his radio issue.

 

Anyone fixed this? Have the same problem. Unhook negative will work for a few day maybe a few hour maybe a few weeks then no audio

 

I have the same issue tried removing the negative from the battery reset the infotainment system to factory settings still the same.

 

I have the same issue. I’ve had it to the dealer with no trouble found and have provided videos to the of the issue. The answer I have received is they need to replicate to fix it. It seems it is something related to a brief exit and return to the vehicle but I have not been able to recreate on my own. This had happened five or six times in my truck.
