2008 Silverado LT no remote starting small V8 turn on ignition engine lite appears then fades truck will not start, got new message today in display window that said service security system? There is a gap that happens no power to start then when the truck starts the radio clock time has to be reset like when the battery goes dead what is the way to correct this? Have replaced battery, starter and the two power relays in fuse box. Probably spent monies that were not needed for the new parts.

While driving my 2008 LT If I use the turn indicator the dash cuts out and flashes and shuts motor off while driving very dangerous! Replaced ignition switch brake switch and bcm still has the same symptoms locks go up and down etc. Anyone ever have this problem? Reprogrammed bcm w/GM Tech program Please advise getting frustrated!

When it happened to me, turned out to be the positive battery cable was loose on the battery terminal. Others have had a bad cable that was corroded internally and needed replacing.

A bad cell in a good battery could do it too. Try the cheap stuff first.

It's likely a wiring problem somewhere, you might be able to find it by shaking the harness in various spots. If not, maybe codes or logging live data will give you some hint of where to start looking.

Failed computers are way down the diagnostic list for a problem like this. Repair guys just suggest doing them first because they are easy to do and very profitable.

Please offer advice on my situation with my 2008 LT motor shuts down when using turn indicator right turns locks randomly go up and down dash flickers and lost Xm on my radio. Replaced BCM took on test drive and issues returned. Purchased Tech2 from GM and reprogrammed the BCM nothing solved. Checked all grounds and such. Anyone have these issues?

Huh.
Maybe describe what you mean by "checked all grounds and such", as it is basically impossible to check ALL the grounds w/o
a) having access to the full service manual to find where they all are
b) tearing apart a good portion of the truck to get to them
