Hi;
I have a brand new 2017 Z71 crew cab 1500, and I am interested in doing a front level kit from TGZ, the 2.5" and I was wondering if the EPAS needs to be a disconnect or just the negative on the battery?

Front: 2.5" top spacer level, fabricated 1" differential drop, lowered bump stop 1", extended steel sway bar end links w/ poly bushings

Rear: Shackle flip, 7" shackle, add-a-leaf, factory block removed, 4* shim (pointing pinion back down), 2" welded shock tab extensions, polyurethane bushings. Soon adding rear sway bar.

275/70r18 Fallen Wildpeak AT3W all around.

still have stock wheels but now i can go bigger

Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit with 2" rear blocks. Stock 265/65-18 tires until I can get either 275/70-18 or 285/65-18 - your suggestions?

As you can see, the front is now higher! Given that I have a cap for winter, I just bought longer RC U-bolts and plan to put the stock 1" block back in under the RC 2" block.

I had a shop do the install, so my question is:

What's the easiest way to install the rear blocks?

Rough Country says jack up (doesn't say where to put the jack - frame or axle), remove lower shock bolts and that drops the axle to create the space to install blocks.

One person took off rear wheels, put jack stands under the frame rails at the rear and removed the u-bolts.

Another person put jack stands under both sides of axle, removed U-bolts and then put a bottle jack to push leaf spring up (I don't have a tall enough jack to do this).

Thoughts?

Will need NorCal mod to run 285s with that offset and spacers = -56mm offset. My 285s rubbed some with 3.5in of lift and -19 wheels.
