I'm getting bank 1 and 2 lean codes. This only happens when I'm to the floor and revving it above 4-5k rpm with a load. I have a 99 5.3 Here is what I replaced fuel pump(cause the gauge didn't work correctly) fuel pressure regulator PO did this right before i bought it, and I replaced the fuel filter and plugs when I bought it. I have sprayed the intake manifold and throttle body with crab cleaner to see if the engine would stumble (it didn't).

it also sometimes bogs when you first start it for like 20 seconds then it goes away. I cleaned the maf sensor with the crc stuff and it will go away for a 500 miles or so then it comes back. if i clean it it will go away again for 500 miles again

Looks like you answered your own questions. Buy a new MAF sensor.
