Yes, the same:
Variations of the exterior paint code WA636R, which may appear on body data tags include: 636R, U636R, and L636R (the prefix U for upper body, or L for lower body). Location of the GM paint code plate varies depending on the year and model of the vehicle common places are on the top or near the top of the back engine compartment shroud panel just behind the steering wheel, hinge pillar of the driver's side door, trunk or rear hatch, side of door, glove compartment, or behind the driver's seat. Check for either the short year/make/model paint code or the longer manufacturing (Fisher) paint code.

He said the handles don't match the truck so the RPO sticker in the glove box won't help with that.

...8 year old thread. Googling for that paint code will tell you that it's not one.

May update the signature of your account to include the make/model/year of your truck, so we can help sort how to find the paint code for your truck.

@tracysales39 ^^^^ What he said. Additionally, this site is for Silverado and Sierra pickups only. We don't do Yukon here.
