I recently replaced my factory halogen bulbs with LasFit LAplus9012 LED bulbs. The truck is a 2015 Sierra LD RCSB 2wd with the projector type housings. This review is all my opinions and comments with photos for comparisons. I will include info about packaging, locking tabs, glow spot location, clocking, and adjustable rotation for best beam pattern.

Packaging:
I found the bulbs to be very well contained in the box they arrived in. It did give the impression of quality instead of cheapness one might expect from ‘Made In China’ product. The box contained two bulbs, product manual, and three decals (black, red, and white).

Locking Tabs and Glow Spot Locations:
I took some photos for comparison of the base locking tabs (size/clocking) and glow spot (location). My experience has always been that the base locking tabs are never located the same and/or they are different widths. I would give these a 99% rating for matching. The location is right on with one tab appearing a smidge larger on the LasFit than OEM. It did not affect installation.

The glow spot, hot spot, light emitting spot (not sure right words) appear almost at the same depth on both when comparing the distance from the mounting base. The halogen bulb does emit a 360-degree pattern. The LED emits two straight out patterns at 180-degrees of each other. Thus, the biggest difference between halogen and LED.

Note: It was close to Halloween when I took the photos so there was candy in the house and the Tootsie Roll was the perfect size for stabilizing the two bulbs. I am not promoting Tootsie Rolls.

Installation:
I found the installation process to be somewhat easy overall. Driver’s side is very easy unless you have a second battery installed. The circular access panel twisted out without needing a tool. Passenger side not so easy because the factory air cleaner housing must be removed first in order to get to the back of the headlamp housing. Then there is a bendable dust flap with plastic pop-out/pop-in plunger type reusable retainer clips. I had to remove two clips to get access to the circular panel of the light housing. It too came out with no tools required. The factory HlR2/9012 halogen bulbs twisted out with no problems. The new LED bulbs twisted and locked into place with no issues. It is best to do the install when dark so you can rotate the bulb for best pattern upon power-up. I then waited until the next morning when light to close everything back up. The bulb housings do not touch or interfere when reinstalling the circular access panel so zero modding is required.

Clocking and Adjustable Rotation:
I found that the best light pattern, after install, was produced with the bulb clocked, or rotated, at noon position when using the reference point I highlighted with the black arrow in the photo.

My overall opinion:
The biggest improvement for me is the brightness increase. Anything that reflects light (road signs, road paint, vehicle reflectors, creature eyeballs) just pop. I have had them installed right at two months now. I have not been bright lighted by anyone either. When running side-by-side down the interstate with another vehicle, it is very obvious how much brighter white these bulbs are. I was concerned about possible vibrations causing the light pattern to jiggle during road travel and I have not seen this happen at all. So far, I am very satisfied with the product. Only time will prove longevity and endurance. I liked them enough to buy a second set for my 2015 Sierra LD RCSB 4x4. At this time I have not gotten around to installing them yet.

Good review. The light pattern on the garage door looks great.

As far as packaging, every one I have purchased looked pretty much like that. Packed in foam.

Great review!
Appears to be a good deal more scatter with the LEDs, but not unacceptable.

Since I have a Silverado with the Diode Dynamics HIDs and Relay Kits, I've been experimenting with H3 LED conversions on my Trans Ams. I've been using the Auxito brand for basic LED bulb replacement, and I just stuck a pair in the headlight housings, but haven't run them at night yet.
The packaging and quality on the Auxitos is similar, and I even get a pair of cotton gloves!

It also wouldn't surprise me a bit if brands like Lasfit and Auxito were made in the same factory in China, due to their similarities.
My wife and I discovered this in the furniture business a few years back. The product coming from 2 wholesalers appeared strikingly similar right down to the finishes and packaging. Turned out that the product for one wholesaler was going out the front doors, and the other wholesaler the rear doors of the same factory.....and they didn't even know!!!

Not sure what you are seeing that I don’t. I see more light scatter above the line on the OEM halogen bulb than the LED here

Great review. I am looking at swapping the low beams in my 2015 Silverado. I have some free bulbs from Auxito, but haven't installed them yet. I'm thinking I want to go HID low beams like roorancher. Had LEDs in my 2012 and never had an issue.

The cutoff looks good in your review.

I live in metro St. Louis County, there are no long dark roads. Beaming them on a garage door tells you more than no comparisons at all. I was not approached by LasFit to do this review. I purchased them by my own choice, decision, and invested my own time, effort, to collect info in order to post the review.

I tried getting some good stock bulb and LasFit bulb photos during my two weekends of deer hunting. But between the deep freeze, with snow and ice, the first weekend and heat wave, with severe fog, the second weekend, I only got one set of good LasFit low and high beam photos. I am not a professional photographer, plus I was using my iPhone SE. Sorry for not following through with my promise of before and after pics.
