So you are getting power to the junction box but not to the tail lamps? The CHMSL, or center high mount stop lamp, seems to work so I would imagine that the harnesses from the junction box to the tail lamps are messed up.

 

Just corrected it, I have no power to the junction box

 

It is somewhere from the junction box to the fuse box then, a break in the wire

 

Move forward, and check at the fuse boxes up front. If you can't figure it out there, then it's going through the wiring diagrams to find the connectors for the signals you are having problems with, and testing the pins, either moving from the bcm or from the rear junction box.
