Viper alarm and led lights

Ok so guys I have the viper 5901 alarm that has 5 aux channels. What I want to do is set it up so when I hit an aux channel I can turn on a light bar and then hit the same channel again to turn it off. How would I go about doing that? The viper only puts out a momentary 200 ma pulse. So I can use that to turn on a relay. Is there any way to keep the relay on with no switch power going to it?

sorry for the long post. Any help is much appreciated

Yes you can accomplish what you ask. On one of the aux outputs change it to (latched) which means when you press the aux button of choice it will send out a signal and continue till you press it again to end it.

The aux outputs are only low amperage to drive relays. Use a relay 85 pin input from aux on alarm , 86 and 87 12 volts constant fused 15 amp and pin 30 will be a positive output to the light bar.

Hope this helps you out.
