Raceline 17X8 with Kuhmo AT51 255/75/17. Truck lifted 2in front and back. thicker blocks in the back. Fox Racing Coilovers up front.
Driveway is on an incline. gives the the look of a lot of rake in the pic.

Those wheels and your truck look sweet Prestaged.
Thanks! Took me considerable self-talk to convince myself to pull the trigger on those wheels and tires, but I am happy with the results. I think I am going to remove the running boards to give it a little cleaner appearance.

But why the squat?

Those methods look good, tried to hold out till I had enough fun money to buy some methods for mine but needed tires now darnit, same size I was going to go with too

I’m interested in installing stock ~2018 (give or take a few model years) 18” Silverado or Sierra wheels with the stock 265/65R18 onto my stock 2004 Silverado 1500 2WD. There’s a lot of these modern wheels for sale on the typical websites.
From what I can gather online:
a) The 2004 stock 16" wheels are 7”wide with approx. 5-3/4” backspace.
b) The 2018-ish 18" wheels are 8-1/2”wide with 7-1/2” backspace.
I'm concerned about the 1-3/4” increased backspacing. Will the wheels/tires rub against anything?
If anybody has performed this swap, I’d appreciate any info. Thanks.
