Thought I would start a thread for pictures of wheel offset and information about the wheels and tires to show and help members.
After searching thru a lot of threads and finding a lot of scattered information, I thought this would be a good idea so members could post there set-ups for all to view and gather information for future wheel fitment visuals. With the wealth of knowledge in the sticky threads and this visual exclusive thread this might be a nice asset to this section forum.
So post your information and pictures. It would also be great to add if, you had any rubbing issues with your offset wheels/tires and if any fender modifications were required to clear them from rubbing.
This thread could be a good source for all if kept from drifting off topic. Comments and questions welcome.
I'll start,

2012 Silverado 2500HD
1 1/2 inch torsion bar raise
Anthem Defender series wheels
8x180 bore
9x18 wheel
+18 wheel offset
Cooper ST Maxx tires
295/70/18's
34x11.9

OE wheels were +44 offset and the new wheels are +18. A difference of almost a inch of negative offset. (outside poke) They did bring the wheel out causing full turn fender clearance to decrease. Had about a inch and a half clearance at full turns and now about a half inch. Something to consider when choosing your new wheel set-up.
So here are a few visuals of the set-up

It would be even better if people would put what the stock offset was.

I am wanting to get some new wheels but I am having a hard time finding any with the stock offset of 31. I don't want them to stick out or be pushed in too far.

Subscribed for this, just for help in getting some ideas :D

A lot of wheel manufacturers offer around a +20 offset, which is only a 11mm difference (less than a half inch, ~0.43")

You have to consider wheel width as well because if for example your stock wheel was 17x7 with 31mm offset and you found new wheels that were 17x9 with 31mm offset, you'd get an extra inch on the inside and outside of the wheel.

This is a great thread but I bet a lot of members (myself included) would like to know about rubbing or if there was any trimming needed.

Your post is confusing...

Do you have 17s or 18s?

So, Im ready to pull the trigger on some new wheels and tires and I cant decide weather to buy 17x9 0mm or +18mm offsets for my NNBS 2007, 4x4, Z71 ! Im going to run the RC 2.5" level and LT285/70/17 General Grabber AT2's. Im not sure if its cool to post questions in this thread but what are the chances of rubbing with the 17x9 0MM offsets ?

I wish someone had some pics of a 99-02 Silverado or sierra with aftermarket wheels showing a side profile of their offset.

I saw it ;)

That is just an extreme offset. I don't want my wheels to stick out like that, I want to keep them under the fender.

I guess I should have said "some more pics"

Under the fender I believe you will want a 0 or + offset.
